Thank you for your interest in joining this meaningful journey to Poland.
This program is designed as a thoughtful and educational experience exploring Jewish history, heritage, and remembrance.
This journey is led by experienced educators and guides who are deeply committed to preserving and sharing Jewish history in Poland. Our goal is to create a respectful, meaningful, and personal experience that connects participants with the stories, places, and people that shaped Jewish life in Europe.
Below you will find important details about the trip and a few guidelines for participation.
Trip Dates
September 21–27, 2026
7 days / 6 nights
Arrival: Warsaw, Poland
Departure: Krakow, Poland
Participants arrange their own international flights.
Accommodation
The group will stay in comfortable 4-star hotels (or similar standard):
- 1 night in Warsaw
- 1 night in Lublin
- 4 nights in Krakow
Rooms are based on double occupancy.
Single room supplement: $575
Program Price
$3,950 per participant
The program includes:
- 6 nights hotel accommodation
• Private bus transportation throughout the trip
• Daily breakfast at the hotel
• Entrance fees to all sites included in the itinerary
• Israeli tour educator
• Local professional guides where required
• Polish tour pilot during the program
• Tips for guides, drivers, and tour staff
Not Included
The program price does not include:
- International flights
• Lunches and dinners
• Kosher meal arrangements
• Personal expenses
• Travel or medical insurance
Kosher Meals
Hotel breakfasts are not kosher.
Kosher dinners may be arranged through local catering upon request.
Estimated cost: approximately $50 per dinner, plus possible delivery charges.
Group Size
The program is designed for a minimum of 20 participants.
If the group size changes, some shared program costs may be adjusted accordingly.
Payment
Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
Credit card payments may include a processing fee of up to 2.75%.
Cancellations
The final date for cancellations without hotel penalties is:
June 23, 2026
After this date, cancellation fees may apply.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering trip cancellation and medical care.
Program Flexibility
While we plan to follow the itinerary as outlined, occasional adjustments may be necessary due to local conditions or logistics.
